I hired Wayne to seal my new deck. He did a great job with little details like adding a few screws that were missing and shoring up the stairs. And even the sealing job was great. But I had asked him how many coats he was going to do several times and he insisted that it only needed one coat with the sealer he was using. Well, he was wrong. I ended up adding a 2nd coat and I may do a 3rd. Plus I feel he over way charged me...after looking at other estimates online. When I contacted him a few weeks after he finished I got no response. Not good for business. I thought about not reviewing him but after having to reseal/ stain it again I felt others should know.

Wayne did an amazing job with my kitchen floor and living room floor. Also put in 2 motors for my garage doors. He does an amazing job. Me and my wife are 100% recommending him to our friends and family for whatever work needs to be done.
