Ted is awesome. Very thorough and very professional. On time and his inspection saved us thousands of dollars.

Ted was very professional, thorough, honest and personable. He completed his inspection in a timely manner and walked me through all the details so I could see each item myself and understand what was needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone!! Very nice guy.

Ted was honest and gave me his recommendations from his years of experience. He makes you feel comfortable in knowing the condition of the home prior to purchasing in fine detail. He's straight forward and doesn't beat around the bush.

On November 12, 2020, Ted (the inspector) showed up at my home, never came inside, as soon as I greeted him at the door, he told me he could not inspect my home. I have a small home office (like most Americans today). He proceeded to tell me that my RESIDENCE/HOME is considered COMMERCIAL PROPERTY! He was very rude. I explained that I have an off-site commercial location and sometimes work from home. He said *nope it is commercial and I am not losing my license over this*. I live in a residential neighborhood, in a residential home (which is listed with the county as RESIDENTIAL!!!) I told him all of that, to no avail. It was raining, slightly misting, all I can assume is he just did not want to work. Total waste of my time, and a bad experience with the bad attitude and lack of professionalism of Ted. RUDE!!!

I feel like he tore the house apart and told us everything honestly.

Ted was very good! Inspected the property very well and gave us a detailed report. We had no issues with him and I would use him again if need be!

Ted is really really good at his job. I have never hired a more thorough home inspector. I used him once for a house that I didn't end up purchasing. He did such a great job that I hired him again recently. His reports include pictures with arrows that indicate damage or necessary repairs. His write-up are detailed and concise, yet easy to read and interpret. He is always on time and normally arrives early. He also gets the report done and sends it within 24 hours. He is a bit of a perfectionist and will point out things that aren't currently an issue, but that might be in the future. He also has been able to indicate when things might need replacing and what kind of time-frame to expect for longevity of various things. His attention to detail is unparalleled. I will certainly be using him in the future for subsequent home purchases and recommending him to all of my friends and family members when they are thinking of purchasing a home. Thanks so much Ted! Excellent Job!! Ted did a very thorough job, and saved us a lot of disappointment, and stress in the future. The report that he sent us was top of the line, and easily the best, that I have ever seen. You can't go wrong with this one.
