First I want to state the contractors were extremely nice, courteous, and did very good work. The problem was with timelines of completion and follow through. It took over 2 months to finish installing the door, with follow up projects still awaiting completion, 7 months later. We cut ties after it took 5 calls and 20 texts to get them to come out and finish one part. Spent multiple days waiting on them to show up, which never happened with no call or text until 3 days later.
