He needs to do a better job answering his phone and responding to complaints on what concerns a customer may have. I have a 5 year warranty for the labor and materials and I would like him to come take care of it.

I hired Concrete A Plus because I had a unique concrete project and Pedro was the only contractor that provided details on how they would complete it. He was on time for the quoting process and on time the day of the scheduled job. Pedro and his team were very professional and meticulous. They thoroughly cleaned up the area around the site after completion. The finished product (concrete slab in enclosed sunroom) looks great and is exactly what we were hoping for! I would definitely hire them again.

Showed up early and finished on time despite intermittent rain. Work was sooth and elegant. The only complaint I had was the workers left some soda bottles in my yard.

Really great job installing a concrete walkway. Started and finished in one day. The workers left debris from the job on our yard which will require clean up. But we are excited about the new walkway.

Pedro came to my house and gave an estimate for a 10x20 concrete patio on a Saturday, the day after I posted at HomeAdvisor. I picked his among three quotes, because his price was reasonable, and he made me confident he would do a good job. The job was done during a single day a week after I accepted the quote. I am happy with the quality, and I can't even see tracks from his bobcat on my lawn. I would highly recommend him, and I would hire him again for other jobs.

Great company. Did a great job on my driveway curb. On time, finished in one day, and looks great. I was very pleased with Pedro and he did what we agreed on and at the price we agreed on.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE - HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Standard residential driveway. Pedro Blair came to our home and appeared to be a very nice ("Have a blessed day!") Quote was fair, and he was attentive throughout the proposal process. Then things changed: "nice, brushed finished" I was assured looks terrible without finished edges and many of the seams are not straight. Photos taken during the pour showed the agreed-upon rebar was not installed. When they came to my door asking to be paid, things looked ok from a distance. When I inquired about the rebar, they begrudginly took $100 off the bill. Within 2 weeks of completion/payment, the street edge of the apron is now cracking off in chunks as the concrete is paper thin and where the apron meets the curb, huge cracks have formed. Despite many emails (with photos) and phone messages, no response after 2 months. They had too few workers handling the pour (to max their profit) on a warm day and the concrete dried faster than they could manage. Horrible results! Same situation as below review (Phoenix G. on 7/4/16) in terms of substandard materials used. I have never seen such complete avoidance after work was completed by any contractor ever.

Help I can't get Pedro to call me back. He didn't fix the job and the patio looks terrible.

Do not use them! They left the job unfinished and now I am stuck with a patio that is peeling and I don't know how to fix it. I have left messages for Pedro and no one is calling me back.

Very friendly and on time. However, they left a mess and pieces of concrete in my yard that my lawn mower would have picked and thrown anywhere if didn't pick them up. The final workmanship leaves a lot to be desired - not very even or smooth and bumpy up and down.

Professional and courteous. Arrived on timed and finished according to schedule.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCT! Though the owner, Pedro, gave me a great quote and with promises of a quality driveway, he severely damaged the from our home when they were taking out old concrete. They literally pulled the lower part of our front house off, bricks were gone, siding broken! Even when he attempted to fix it, my house now looks like it has foundation issues. Not good! They also poured the driveway 4' above ground vs 4' into the ground. By doing so, they took away at least 4-5" off my front stair, now, a code violation. I could no longer open my privacy gate, Pedro had to come back and saw off 3" just so I could open it The framing was horrendous. Within less than 3 weeks, I have dozens of cracks everywhere and holes. Even in the structural support areas, there are cracks! That, shouldn't happen for 15-20 yrs. I contacted Pedro at least 5x over 2 weeks, asking him to please call so as to discuss how to fix all these concerns. But he chose to IGNORE me. I therefore stopped payments with my c/c. Now, after 60 days of silence, he is fighting me on this, saying that bc I paid for it, he owed me nothing. FACT: Cement isn't fully dry until about 3-4 weeks. Only then will you truly see what kind of driveway you have. I was told by another concrete company that I was having so many issues bc Pedro used cement that is suppose to be for much smaller areas, i.e., patios, etc, not a driveway. The PSI is also far too low and it will simply not be able to sustain the heavy weight of our 4 cars. It is a total redo!

Asked for a 4 x 14 pad on which to build a small shed. Also asked for it to be level for framing. On the 4 foot side it sloped nearly 3 inches and on the 14 foot run about 1.5 inches. Also a big hump right in the middle of the pad. Very nice guys, but a pretty lousy job.
