the last thing i needed was someone to tell me i had junky equipment. i just didnt like the whole experience. seemed he was alot more interested in selling me a new heater. than wanting to actually work on the existing one.

"It is not the service company's fault you bought junky equipment and know nothing about a pool. in all actuality i was trying to save him money by not fixing something that was destined to break again and soon. my exact words were "theres no point in spending 900 dollars to fix this heater when i will break again, you will save money in the long run by replacing it. ""

These guys were very professional and knowledgeable. The previous company had told me things about my pool that were simply inaccurate information. The pool was fixed in < 30 minutes AND they advised on the correct way of working the equipment. As a result of their expertise i&apos;ve gotten these guys on a quarterly schedule for checking things out. I just purchased this home and had no clue about how to work a pool. Service is not reliable. Agreement was weekly service visits and there was only one service visit in August. Service terminated due to no shows.
