While the plumber was very competent and seemed to do a good job on fixing three small issues, He was very expensive, charging $1300 for two hours work. When I asked why it was so expensive, he stated that he had to get permits and would have to have an inspector come out from the city, which was a lie. He did a good job explaining the work he was going to do but was very overpriced. The lying about having to get a permit, was extremely irritating and unprofessional. Because of that, I would not recommend this company.

SCAMMERS - LOOK ELSEWHERE The fact they have not even followed up from my communication regarding the tech charging $600 for a $90 thermostat is literally slimy. Didnâ  t even know companies like this still existed. Many options out there, steer clear of this one IMO. Hi, This is as my first time using your company, went off of a referral from our neighbors. We moved into a 6k sq ft home 3-mo ago that will undoubtedly need servicing in the future. So I have to ask, why would you sell me a $90 thermostat for $600?! The tech was nice and knowledgeable; I intermittently listened to collectively around 2-hours from him about the homes current HVAC system configuration while I was clearly trying to spend time with my 6-kids, wife today. Not really happy we went into every aspect of the home, as I just wanted the AC fixed and to keep hanging w my family. Tech had the conversation about what was needed with me as Iâ  m literally in the yard trying to wrangle 6-kids and figuring out dinner plans with my wife. Tech could have told me 3 hours earlier that the issue was simply a new thermostat needed installed. Not packaging it with talk of electrical low voltage, making me think this was some special thermostat needed, and future issues with not enough return vents. Why would I care about that when Iâ  m having a day w my kids. I need to trust a partner working on my home. It took all of 30 min for the unit to be installed, not sure what the point of hanging around all day taking was. Iâ  m about being fair and giving second chances. Please refund me $250 and I will give HERO a shot on my next project. If not, please have someone from your management team call me so we can discuss escalating this issue further. They have never shown up on time for a furnace & AC tune-up. Every year, I call them and schedule an appointment, and every year, they do the same: they reschedule your appointment during the day of your appointment. They expect you to take time off your busy schedule and wait for a technician who never shows up. (They only arrive on time when installing a new system or making significant repairs). I have gotten a furnace, AC, and water heater installed from Hero. They sell the system with a few years of maintenance included, but when you call them, they never prioritize you. They always reschedule. I had an appointment for July 8th and now they reschedule for September for an AC tune up. I had my appointment a few month prior to July.

We called HERO for a clogged basement floor drain. The tech they sent was Seth M. He explained where he thought the problem was and he was right. He was very personable and professional and explained everything well. We give Seth an excellent rating. We would definitely recommend HERO to anyone who would ask.

Hero is always great! They are able to get to my issues quickly and provide many options for service. The staff are always friendly and answer any questions you may have. This time I had Hero out for a leaky shower in my tenants unit. They were able to schedule me for service in 2 days. Sean G came out, reviewed the situation, gave some suggestions and came up with a few quotes. He was quick, picked up well and loved on my pup! My tenants were pleased with the quick and clean work. Would recommend!

My experience was with the most professional and personable person I've ever had to do work in our house. Lance had Matt working with him and the two of them did a most awesome job. I was sad to see them leave because their work was amazing and I felt I could talk to them forever. I'm 100% satisfied and totally recommend Hero services
