Upward Prowash is a family owned and operated business based out of Irvine, Ky. Our service area includes Central Kentucky and parts Southeastern Kentucky. We offer a variety of exterior cleaning service for your commercial or residential property. We strive to provide an excellent service with an affordable cost. All of technicians must all go through a training process and participate in industry related continuing education programs. By following these training and continuing education programs, we are able to keep up with the latest cleaning industry techniques and equipment. Number one priority is to assure complete customer satisfaction in everything we do while at the same time protecting our environment by using the safest cleaning products on the market today. Upward Prowash has one primary goal, to provide a quality service and have complete customer satisfaction. For this reason, we are a great choice for all of your exterior cleaning.

I chose to work in this industry because as the result of an idea that quickly grow into a reality! We saw the need in Central/Southeastern KY for a Professional Roof & Exterior Cleaning company that would provide a Safe, Prompt & Freindly Cost-Effective, High Quality cleaning service! Upward Prowash is built on our Strong Faith in God & Professional Customer Service! .

I contacted the elderly customer to discuss this review. The work had been completed three months prior to the review. The reason she did not leave any comments is that we did the job that we were asked to do, at a fair price, and were polite. She was upset that we did not fix a roof problem that she had because we do not do roof repairs. But this was 3 months later. With over 160 combined 5 Star Reviews this is not representative of our service.

Arrived on time, did a beautiful job on our house that had not been power washed in 11 years. Will have them do job again in 2 years. They use their own water supply and while they are power washing the house the process is very quiet.also the are insured.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
