Loren is great to work with! We must have had at least three or four visits with Loren before we were ready. We even had some last minute add-on’s. He is so patient and accommodating. Loren kept the schedule on track and most importantly to me was honesty and being a proactive communicator. Loren’s team was great. We trusted them to be in our home. I would recommend Loren to anyone updating their home!

After several years of procrastinating our kitchen and bath remodel, we were lucky to find Urban Custom Kitchens and Design. We visited the beautiful showroom and was so impressed with their displays. We scheduled a meeting immediately. Loren came to our home and met with us. He was so easy to talk to and so knowledgeable. The workers were amazing and meticulous. They were timely and respectful to us and our home and cleaned up everyday. Their attention to detail was impressive. Loren and entire team was excellent. From design to competition every step of the way they were knowledgeable and guided us making my remodeling a successful. We had been discussing doing a kitchen remodel for quite some time but wasn’t sure where to even begin. We went to the Home and Garden Show at the IX Center in Cleveland, OH. We stopped at pretty much every kitchen display to get ideas. That is where we discovered Urban Custom Kitchens. I was happy to learn they were close to home with a showroom where I could see various displays and styles in person. We made the trip to their showroom the following week. Loren was so kind and answered all of our questions. Being able to see their products in person and Loren’s knowledge gave me the confidence to proceed with our kitchen update. Loren then came to our home, listened to our vision, took many pictures and measurements, and then sent us very detailed designs. He wanted to make sure we were happy with every detail. I truly cannot say enough good about our experience with them. Each person was so friendly and their work is beautiful. The quality of the materials are also top notch. I HIGHLY recommend Urban Custom Kitchens to anyone looking for a remodel. We are 100% satisfied and feel like we now have a whole new group of friends.

We have had Urban Kitchens do two separate jobs for us. We did a mini kitchen for our master suite, requiring shallow depth on the cabinets. Two years hence, we just bought five custom sized base cabinets for a window seat / bookshelves project. In both instances, the cabinets have been top quality. The interaction and service has been the best. Plus, we did comparative pricing and could not find a matching price. We could not be more pleased with the products and the folks we worked with and are looking forward to our next project.
