I was very nervous going into such a big project as a first time home buyer. The house I bought needed a lot of work. Being an older lake house, it needed all new flooring and a full kitchen remodel- not a cheap project to tackle. Marc and his team were so amazing to work with and really made me feel at ease with their product knowledge- who knew you have so many options for flooring? They really went above and beyond helping me make decisions on the type of flooring that would work best in my home and with my budget. They even sent a designer out to the house who put together a kitchen design that really allowed me to make the most out of a small space! I couldn't be more happy with the results and I plan to use Urban Floors again when I'm ready to remodel my bathroom!
