We have hired Urban Miracle Renovations for 3 separate projects - replace all of the flooring, complete renovation of both bathrooms, and replacing our fence after a storm. I found out about UMR because a local mom gave them a shout out on FB. The before and after pictures were stunning. Chris was quick to answer my request and came over to take measurements and provide a very professional itemized estimate which helped us stay within budget. Chris is great at keeping you updated, answering his phone when you call (or calling you back after leaving a VM), and walking you through the expectations of the project and timeline. The larger floor renovation was our first one so we had a lot of questions, and Chris was thorough in his answers (especially when unexpected work arose). We are repeat customers because of their communication, transparency, quality, and their affordability.

I had 2 or 3 people come out and bit on the projects we needed done. Chris came over, I told him what we wanted and he did exactly what we asked. When he left it was spotless, the cleaned up after themselves and charged us about $1,000 less than what the others had quoted us. The work they do for the price is amazing! I will have him back to do more projects for me in the future.

They perform mindful work. They considereded my budget and my goals and did everything they could to help me achieve them. Other companies typically focus on their bottom line, whereas Urban Miracle was able to meet me half way.
