On time and professional. Did a great job. It was more than I thought it would be. But they were less than the other. So I havenâ t had work done so now I know better.

I would not hire them they did a terrible job. It was not worth the money. Called them to come back and fix but they didnt . So I found someone else

Personal and professional in all aspects, however the work performed was the first time Kirk and his crew had ever attempted such a task. A bit of working out the bugs and determining how best to approach the project had to be developed. Overall, the project works as desired.

Took them an awfully long time to come out - missed several days they said they would come but didn't, but once they came were good and fast. Cleaned up afterwards which I appreciated.

This company is very good and honest. Very good work and exactly what I asked for. I did not give timeline and fence was completed in a timely fashion. The bid and bill was one thousand less than another company that Home Depot sent out. Same materials, etc. Actually more than one thousand dollars less.

What I appreciated most about them was the communication. They told me exactly when they were coming. There were some issues that did not work well with my dog, such as too much space under the fence. No questions, asked they came out the next day and fixed the issues. Great to work with!!!

They showed up late the first day and did not have the required equip or man power to do all the work.

"We had the man power if the cement slab was the thickness the customer said it was. It turned out it was 6" or more thick. The job was done correctly and the customer said we did a great job. So who is it that said we didn't do it right?"

They told me they would be here by 10:00am and they never contacted me. I had to call them finally around 12:00 and they didn't even remember who I was or where I was. Finally they called back by 1:30 and told me they were coming and then they couldn't find me. They were not very good on the phone,but once they got here they got the job done. They were nice once they got here and were personable as well. I just wish they would have called when they weren't going to get to my house at the time they said.

"Your right, we should call back when late. Even when writing down the jobs we were receiving it was tough because of the amount of leads we were receiving and everyone wanted it done 10min. ago. That's the nature of the beast when it snows 6+ inches."

They did not come at the agreed time and we had done half of the work ourselves. But I when ahead and paid the agreed price. They were very nice and did a good job....but I had to email and call them to get the service....but I would give them a second chance.

"We did a great job here with all the vehicles in the drive and up and down the street where it was hard to manuver. But, I believe price was an issue even though we always tell the customer our price before we start work. We have a minimum and he asked us to do it, for the minimum charge."
