It went great! I received a reply and Urban Turf came out to assess the situation the same day I posted the job. The sod was installed today, the day after I received their quote. It went perfectly. Tommy made sure the sod was high quality. He was clear with me that it needed watering every 6 hours for two weeks. He installed his monitor. Now, two weeks later, the sod is perfect, green, healthy. He stopped by every few days to make sure all was going well. I highly recommend Urban Turf

Fantastic! Urban Turf/Thomas are very professional. Stays in contact with us on arrival days, work being done etc. this helps us plan as well. Simple payment set up via cell phone link. When the guys are at the house, they're straight to it, quality work, friendly. It started by them helping with yard mowing due to my health issues. And their suggestive selling (hey it's their jobs) fall/spring clean up, gutter clean out, and now fertilization program, has been great. Saves me time and steps. They're very open to ideas for landscaping as well. Offering options that can save us $ long term, and things I hadn't considered. Thanks Urban Turf for the great service and quality work!
