Excellent work. Replaced rotting wood around eaves and gutters, then painted. The house looks refreshed and new again (built in the 1950s). The team talked to us several times daily to confirm our choices and make sure we were happy with every step of the procedure. They?re even repaired some minor problems FOR FREE!!! They cleaned up at the end of every day and were always on time. They were quiet and respective of our neighbors (no blasting music). David told us from the beginning his goal was to make us happy with the work. We could not ask for a better results and total experience. We will absolutely call him again for any other jobs we have in the future!

I am very pleased with the exterior painting on my home done by Urban Drainage & Masonry . They painted the entire exterior of my including trim. The colors look spectaluar, the finish is flawless, and my home feels brand new. I am a perfectionist and the crew were very patient with me explain issues to my level of understanding. The crew from Urban Drainage and Masonry did a wonderful job repairing the steps down to my basement which were leaking and in terrible shape. They installed a new drain system so the water runs into the drain and not into my basement floor. Excellent job!

David and crew did an excellent job repairing the staircase going into my basement. It was rotted and water was simply going down the stairs and into the basement. They shored up the walls and installed pavers and a drain system to redirect the water so it does not get into my basement. Excellent job.

I hired Urban Drainage and Masonry to fix two issues with my paver driveway and sidewalk: troughs in front of the garage caused by years of vehicle traffic, and a large hump in the sidewalk that made approaching the front door difficult. The contractor identified excess water from roof runoff as the main cause and recommended installing a driveway drain, along with addressing moss buildup on the pavers. The crew worked quickly and efficiently installing the drain. The process freed up pavers that were reused to replace older, deteriorated ones, and they were able to square off parts of the original installation, improving the overall appearance of the sidewalk. They also provided helpful, no‑pressure suggestions for future projects. Overall, their work was professional, thoughtful, and effective, and I would gladly recommend them.

David knows his stuff. Took care of a chimney issue that will protect the structure long term and adds value to the house. Add to that his team got the work done very quickly and took care of a few other issues at no additional cost. I will work with his team again.
