Our back porch addition has an Amana hotel room style air conditioner/ heater which had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem and I ordered the part needed. He came after hours from a commercial job and encountered a stripped Allen screw holding the old fan motor in place. He worked 4.5 hours on a job he expected to take about an hour. He charged the same price he quoted originally. He is just starting out and did a very good job in a difficult situation.

I hired Urbina Heat & Air to help with a Nest thermostat installation. Normally I'm a "do it yourself" type of person, but I couldn't get it or the original thermostat to work right. He quickly figured out it was a blown fuse on the unit itself, and had us up and running in no time. Not only that, he did a full once over on all of it and cleared the lines of condensation as part of the call. I will hire again for any heating or air needs in the future. Very professional and responsive.
