UrethaneUSA did what they said were going to do according to the bid. The crew showed up on time as promised and did a wonderful job. Both the installation crew and support staff stayed after hours and cleaned up the area. My sales person Sam Collins met with me days before to see the project site and discuss pros and cons of the different types of foam insulation and how it would best benefit my project.

I contacted this company in May 2019 to inspect a previously installed foam roof (1992). Mr. Sam Collins was very prompt in his response. The roof was inspected, and I received a very comprehensive and honest summary of the inspection to include a proposed plan, timeline to start and completed the project and a total cost. Mr. Collins met with me several times to review the actual proposed work, answer all my questions and a review the contract line by line. The crew, Tyler and Charlie, were very professional, courteous, respectful of property. This crew was meticulous to preparation details, installation of the product and inspection of the roof once completed in June 2019. I would highly recommend this company.

They came out looked at the location, I had a quote that evening. The work began soon thereafter and the supervisor came out and inspected the work. The supervisor noticed a couple of areas he would like to have seen touched up, so he sent the crew back out the following day. Crew was very courteous, professional and left the site clean. They went above my expectations. I am so glad to have found them.

Young energetic management team with a 28-year industry veteran helping to oversee operations = (best of both worlds). Very aggressive customer satisfaction efforts. Job performance and quality = 5.0+. They also provide project design and consulting services. Pricing is not the cheapest and not the most expensive. I won't know until this summer on the effectiveness of the increased R ratings but my confidence is high that we will enjoy this year much more than the last. Yes, I would recommend them to my family, friends, and co-workers.

This company has done several jobs for me. I am in the construction industry. So far they have done 3 projects on Industrial and commercial properties.
