"When we price our service, we see the time we spend at the customer's site and no of issues being resolved. For eg. working on a non responsive computer takes longer time to resolve. Initial call was for printer issue which later continued from the printer to computer, tablet, cell phone and finally to speed the computer. Total time spend 1 hour 45 minutes plus 2 hours of travel time. Actual charge for the service was $150.00 less $28.00 for the lead fee for Homeadvisors."
