Quick response time and efficient

1. This firm does not seem to have plumbing license. 2. Spilled filthy water on the floor, intentionally. Then told me they offered a cleaning service. 3. Did not know how to open the sewer cover (plug). Totally destroyed it, left it dangling after work was done, then later put a gum on it rather than replacing it. 4. Two Weeks later, same toilet clogged same way. 5. Would not honor the 30 day warranty because different location "inside" the sewer was clogged 2nd time. 6. Because same toilet clogged the same way, this should have been covered by warranty. "He" chose to work from the easy downstream of the sewer line, or he should have washed off the debris after snaking done. He did none on the first visit, he had done the work for 10 min then left. 7. On 2nd visit, he removed toilet and then when putting it back, he re-used the broken wax flange. Water is leaking out from there. 8. Video inspection done, then lost the video file next day, wants to come back and do the whole thing all over again. 9. Left my basement filthy, toilet broken, pushed me to do the video inspection because he had "felt" something was wrong in my sewer. Also claimed the sewer line clogged twice in 2 weeks, he needed to look at it. None of these turned out true. Lost the video file anyway. 10. The toilet clogged again, 3rd time, yesterday. All this nonsense for $972.43 total. Supposed to be a simple sewer cleaning. I am trying to get all my money back. Shame on Home Advisor for keep this firm working through here. Where is his plumbing license number?

I was very impressed with how fast they responded to our problem. The same day I called. They arrived when they said they would and quickly cleared our clogged drains. If you need a very responsive service that does an excellent job, then I highly recommend Urgent Drain.
