DO NOT HIRE! I got more asphalt on my sidewalk than I did on my driveway. Late, missing in action and when Henk does show up he has a $150 homemade trailer behind a Lincoln MLK. Who owns a concrete/tile company and doesnt even have a truck or a legitimate trailer? Was supposed to arrive at 10am on day of work. Showed up at 3:30pm and then tried to continue to work in the pitch dark. Never cleaned my driveway before sealing -- simply sprayed it down with a waterhose (I could have done that). Doesn't fill any cracks in your driveway, simply goes straight to coating it as fast as he can. Coat is so thin that you can literally still see the original coat underneath. I have before and after photos and wish it could go back to the BEFORE! Nightmare "contractor". Do not hire!

Positive: they worked hard to do a good job while they were here. Negative: They did not arrive on agreed upon time and did not call to give notification as to arriving on time.

He does great value for the dollar, greater than other services I could find. His concrete overlay was the best job for the money and I ended up with a beautiful job done in a timely manner!

I was extremely pleased with this service professional. He gave a bid that was in line with other professionals and he was more knowledgeable. He started on time and finished on schedule and stayed true to his bid. The color was matched perfectly after a minor section that was a different color and it was changed instantly. He checked before clear coating and spent extra time making sure it looked very nice. I now have a very beautiful patio and am extremely pleased.

"Hank" had to have numerous phone calls to get him to get up for work and he NEVER finished the work. Hank left a mess outside of my yard that I had to pay someone to remove. Hank was the laziest person I ever did business with.

Horrible experience... He doesn't know what he is doing. he used the wrong material, wrong application, and didn't finish the job that i paid for $3400 for 900 sq ft. He didnt even spend $250 on material..kept giving me bs excuses when i questioned him of the application materials. Stood me up a few times when supposed to do work.He promised me a hard cleanable surface and I now have a restaurant floor that is chipped, dirty and unsealed and looks like its 10 years old after 1 week. it was supposed to be epoxy but he never applied it. Lies constantly and is seriously delusional. I now have to hire someone else to fix what he did since he is not interested in completing the job unless he extorts me for another $200 after he aready made at least 3k. tells me after i feed him lunch that he is going to run to homedepot and then doesnt come back for 2 days. THE WORST DECISION EVER. THANK YOU EUROTILE FOR MESSING UP MY RESTAURANT and i hope you never get business again..You dont deserve another of another unsatisfied customer

"95% of my work is done outdoors, I've never had a problem with anyone OUTDOORS. If you have a restaurant floor that you need done call me if the restaurant will be closed for installation. I only got to work at night on specific parts, he never closed for us to do the work, and worked one floor at a time due to him not having any room to put materials. I've got 22 years of experience. The material cost on his job was $753.00. He didn't hire anybody to finish the floor the floor had been finished by Uro Tile and the floor looked great. I offered to do the work twice but Adam refused."

"I thank you for taking time to share your thoughts with me! I am embarrassed that I only earned a .5 star rating from you.I believe your primary concern may be the deposit issue. You cancelled the project approximately 15 days after the contract was signed. Standard business practices and our agreement say any deposit amount will be forfeited. In spite of the agreement, I did offer to refund about 75% of your deposit as a gesture of kindness but you refused. I regret your decision to provide this rating with no work being performed by us. We wish you the best!"

The Uro-tile pool deck looks very nice in general. However, the finishing touches and attention to detail are lacking. I think he over-promised about what he would or could do.
