I was charged upfront for a service that was not provided. My check was cashed before the job was done. I find this to be very dishonest and unethical.

"The check was cashed upfront to order parts which is required before we even order parts and after work has already been done, Allison called back three days later and decided she had a change of heart and decided to replace her dishwasher. After already traveling and doing work she wanted a refund, I did agree to install the new dishwasher as a courtesy but she still wanted a refund after that. She was very misleading and indecisive, the check was cashed on the date it was issued , signed and dated as a condition to order parts none returnable. I would rather not deal with customers like this."

Responded quickly to the referral by Angi: was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Explained the diagnoses and repair process so I understood what was being done and offered suggestions about preventing future problems. I would recommend him and use him again.
