John was great to work with very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. John pained my kitchen cabinet s, fireplace mantel and bannister. The workmanship was excellent I am so pleased with how everything turned. He was prompt and finished on schedule. Highly recommend him.

First class craftsmen

John was very open about every aspect of this job. He came out promptly and gave me a complete and honest appraisal of my deck. He replaced support posts, along with the weathered and damaged railings and steps. He and his son power washed, sanded, and stained the entire deck. He was prompt and efficient and a pleasure to work with. His price was fair and definitely worth the work he did. My deck is like new. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends, and will certainly call him when I am ready to do another project.

I hired John to fix the fence gate, the door in the garage to the back yard, and the basement window well. He completed the three projects perfectly and as scheduled. He provided me with pictures as soon as he was done. I'm very happy with his work. Highly recommended.

John did an awesome job installing new interior doors and replacing all the floorboard moldings in our home. He was great to work with and worked around our crazy schedule without complaints. The best part was he showed up when he said he would and completed everything (plus more) that we agreed to. We had one small issue that when I brought it to his attention he was at our house the next morning and remedied it. I highly recommend John and I will not hesitate to call him for additional work at my home.

John is not the Cheapest but he is the best. He knows his trade and is very professional. He made three trips to three different suppliers to make sure our deck had the proper wood and materials, to do it right. As a All-State Insurance agent would say, "Your in Good Hands with John." If you want a job that is not done right, go hire somebody else.

John did a wonderful job repairing, cleaning and staining our deck. He was not the cheapest bid, but I went with him because he knew what he was talking about and wanted to do the job right. That is exactly what he did. He stayed in communication with us and came everyday until the job was done. We are very happy.

He did an excellent job repairing the framing in my basement.

We hired John to repair and stain some fencing and deck. While he was here, we also had him do some electrical and plumbing work. His communication skills and work quality are very high. He even added an extra outlet for no extra charge. I felt like he treated our house like his own house. I did not price out this job much, but I'm sure John was not the cheapest. We felt it was worth it, though. We will definitely check with John again the next time we need home-improvement work.

John was the first to respond to my request. He is reliable, trustworthy, and just a great person. His work exceeded my expectations! I will have him back to do more work in my house soon.

John is great to work with. he knows what he is going. he is a no BS kind of guy. he tells you what you need how you need it and gets the job done! Any other home projects I have, he will be the first one I call.

I hired John Karas of UCS to repair my wood deck and also to refinish a rusty metal railing. He came promptly to give me an estimate for the work. I also had two other estimates, one higher, one lower but the lowest guy wanted me to buy all the supplies, and only gave me a written estimate after I insisted he write it on paper. I went with my gut instinct and chose John. He did quality work: removed rotten wood, tightened screws, power washed, sanded and stained my deck; sanded off the rust from my metal railing (different area of house), and painted without getting paint anywhere else..

John was very reliable and dependable and the work looks great. He was happy to talk the project through with me and come up with solutions. He was happy to take on the challenge. I had him patch some drywall where a wall was taken out--it need some additional bracing and he had to plane some drywall down so it would be flush. He also install my newell posts and trim work. He was very meticulous and all the trim was perfect.

John responded right away to our request, worked with us to complete the project. Nice to have businesses that not only care about the quality of their work, but does it on time when promised.

Whatever John told us he was able to far as time and pricing went, he met it.

The work was excellent. More importantly, it was a substantial deck repair but Utah Construction Services started the job when its project manager said that it would start, finished the job on schedule and for the amount of the bid.

John was great! Somehow fixed the elevation on our deck without ruining the yard with holes. Very fast as well, and knowledgable on a variety of repairs.

John was very friendly and helpful with our remodeling project. He was here very day until the project was finished. They were hard working and completed the job as requested.

John did plumbing, electrical, tile, painting, power washing, and installation of cabinetry and light and other fixtures. Excellent. Almost don't want to share that so I can use him whenever I want.

They kept me completely informed about when they would be there, made sure the matrials were the very best available, worked very fast but efficiently, and were so pleasant to work with. It was a very good experience for me and the job was very well done. I would definitely recommend them for great service and dependibility.
