I love everything about my blinds and the sales experience we had with Utah Smart Blinds. Dennis was very helpful and informative. He provided samples (even met me at my son’s dentist appointment because we weren’t going to be home all day) to give them to me. He brought a display model so he could show me how they worked. He then was willing to meet again to give my husband the same information about the blinds, the motor, and the warranty. After pricing multiple online and in store blinds, these ended up being the best deal for a smart blind with install. We placed our order and he communicated well with shipping and install dates and even moved our installation up when he noticed that the arrival date was ahead of schedule. He was respectful and professional. The workmanship of installation and care for our new home (removing shoes without being asked, etc.) was greatly appreciated. The final result is blinds we LOVE. With the zebra blinds we got the best of both worlds. My husband gets the blackout at night with no glare on the tv and I get the light shining in all day and I’m able to adjust the coverage (how open the blinds are and how large the sheer lines of the zebra stripes are) based on where the sun is. These blinds provide the ability to keep the house cool regardless of where/when the sun hits the house with the push of a button on a remote (one for each room). I could not be more happy.
