Fantastic service from responding to my RFQ (thanks Donna & Dave), completing the quote, answering my questions, and expediting the project because of a leak (thanks Mike) to completing the project timely and efficiently (thanks Mike Jr. and crew). Except for a beautiful new roof on the garage and house - which included a fair amount of "roof rebuild" - at the end of the day you couldn't tell they were there. It was obvious this wasn't their first roof. I highly recommend.

I had 3 different quotes to replace my roof. John reviewed by estimate and answered all of my questions. He gave a power point presentation that was professionally done. Obviously, the product was high quality. I expected the quote to be much higher than the other two but it was actually $2000 lower. I honestly didn't have a great impression of roofers from those I've seen over the years. This crew was nothing like what I expected. Mike was the foreman on my job and he was professional and kind. He arrived at my house a little before 7 and spoke to me about the project before I left for work. The work that was done was beautiful (I realize now what a crappy job the previous roofers had done). They also did a great clean up. The yard looked better than before they got there. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

Very good with customer service from start to finish called back next day and was here the day after that and gave quote. Was here to do work four weeks later was done in a day. He was able to give me an estimate within just a few minutes. Our project was a roof on a parsonage that was in serious need of replacement. They installed it within one day (including full clean up) and it was done ahead of schedule. The shingles they use are Owen's Corning and have a 50 year warranty on the product and 10 year on workmanship. That is hard to beat! I had my asphalt roof replaced. The rep was friendly and knowledgeable about their product. Their product has a 50 year warranty on the product and a 10 year warranty on the workmanship because they are a Preferred installer for Owens Corning. The roofers were conscientious about my landscaping and used strategically placed tarps to ensure old roofing and nails did not land in my bushes or flowers. They cleaned up before they left and they did a good job. My roof looks great and we have had a lot of rain lately and no leaks. They also had a company they work with come and install new gutters and leaf guards. They also look great.

I had a small leaking problem, that failed with a repair. Repair was done by a different contractor. So, I decided to replace the roof . This was the Only, vendor, I spoke with, that mentioned the brands of ALL the material used. I did pay more to have all materials as- quality. Owen Corning. This is a significant guarantee that I wanted. IF any problem- 1 product involved. Worked around my schedule, completed the work efficiently, and did wait for my delayed return for final inspection. It has now been in place for about 1 year- with no problems.

Actually they were first company that gave us an estimate ! I was very impressed with Johns professional manner plus his kindness! The crew was efficient n did a nice cleanup job! The quality of the shingles outstanding !

They have a 10 year warrenty on their installation. Roofing materials have a 30 to 35 year warrenty. They have 24/7 contact by cellphone. They explain all the whys and how the work was to be done. They guaranteed complete satisfaction with the installation. They were cheaper than the other highly rated company I considered ($10500 instead of $14000) even though they use top quality materials. They completed the work in just over a day.

Their office responded promptly to my phone message, and their sales rep Andrei scheduled an appointment within a couple days after my call. Andrei presented as friendly and knowledgeable, with a professional presentation of the kind of roofing options I would have, paired with the quality of the shingles being proposed. I agreed to hire the company for my roof replacement, and they called within 3 weeks (sooner than promised) to schedule the job. The team arrived on time, working efficiently enough to complete the work in a single day. Apart from the apparent quality of the installation, I was impressed with how attentively and thoroughly the team cleaned up during and after the job. It was an amazing experience watching our new roof get removed and installed in one day. From John's (contract estimator) comprehensive explanations and attention to deal on the work to be done; to Mike's (crew supervisor) obviously extensive experience in specialized roof installations. Finally, watching each member of the six man crew do their individual tasks with such attention to detail, and just plain hard work; was something to behold. I learned more from them in one day about all that was happening, than I would have watching a week's worth of YouTube videos on roofing installations. Had a small leak in an old roof. They came very quick. Gave a great quote and a time table for the within two weeks. They were able to come sooner. They had a big enough crew to get the job 95% done in one day with it a huge benefit. Clean up was excellent. Very good company to work with

Very professionally run company. The communication was great from the start of the project through completion. They showed up when they were scheduled to and completed the project on time with no surprise additional cost at the end. The original estimate given was for the total cost of the project and they held to that cost. I liked the no pressure sales and the explanation of what the job entailed and how it would be accomplished. They were here and completed done within 24 hours from the start of the project.

Consummate professionals all the way around from beginning to end. Had the pleasure of dealing with both John and David. John came to the house, got up on the roof, took lots of pictures, and came down to give me his assessment without resorting to scare tactics trying to up sell me to a new roof. Work was done quickly and well and according to contract on the first day that weather permitted. Feel much better heading into winter now. When we do have a new roof put on, we wouldn t think to use anyone other than this outfit, clearly the most professional in the area.

IT WAS A PROCESS BUT WE ARE VERY SATIFIED WITH THE OUTCOME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER.

From start to finish they were awesome! John the sales rep was on site for the job the entire time. He explained thoroughly everything they were doing and why. Extremely knowledgeable!! The crew was very efficient and personable, kept work site clean and were very careful about protecting siding and landscaping while doing the roof!! The gentleman who did the flashing explained how and why they were doing it and the benefits of it, that was great because of a previous flashing problem. I m truly thankful and if there should ever be a problem in the future I m confident Utica Roof Pros will definitely be attentive and handle it! I strongly recommend calling them if anyone needs a roof installation!! Couldn t be happier with the entire process.
