They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. I was under a time constraint and we worked out a time they could do the windows within their schedule. I have a two story house and they washed the inside and outside windows. I was very concerned about streaks and they offered to come back and re-do without cost if I saw any. There was one window they could not get to safely and we agreed to leave it and reduce the overall job cost. Safety first. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely hire again. They were easy to work with and knew upfront I had very high standards.

They were prompt, courteous, and did a fabulous job on all of my windows, inside and out. They even cleaned the screens perfectly! I would highly recommend them!

Bad quality, incomplete work, repeated scheduling failures, a last-minute 60% price increase attempt, and refusal to honor advertised guarantees. The scope was confirmed in advance. The day before the appointment, I learned they wouldn?t arrive as scheduled only because I reached out. After I accepted the new time, the owner tried to raise the price by 60%, later admitting he had misread 31 window panes as 31 windows and reverting to the original quote. The work was incomplete (see photos). Tracks, frames, and patio door glass were left visibly dirty despite being included in the agreed scope. Repeated requests for corrections resulted in promises, reschedules, and a no-show. Their ?streak-free? and return-to-fix guarantees were never honored. The owner later claimed we were ?not a good fit.? If expecting the agreed work to be completed, appointments to be kept, and guarantees to be honored makes a customer ?not a good fit,? others should consider whether they would be either.

Payton Utley was a complete professional and made sure that my windows were properly cleaned in a timely manner. I would recommend his services!

It was phenomenal, I had no clue windows could be washed and cleaned to such a professional degree. I was skeptical at first with no real background from Payton, but his professionalism, attention to detail, and charisma really made the service smooth and enjoyable getting everything done is a timely manner.

Such a great guy, payed him extra for just hanging out! Windows were spotless as well.
