"Prior to the contract, Louann was told for an additional $300.the original concrete could be removed/replaced the correct way, but she refused and now is trying to threaten meby complaining on internet for $2,400., down to $100. Louann signed a paper saying she was completely satisfied with her Job. During the final inspection, she said the slab held a little bit of water in one spot(she never mentioned anything to us & he admitted to me that he never saw water standing)& PASSED FINAL. I was more than willing to put a small floor drain in as an acceptable solution tothe inspector.But Louann wants something more than she was willing to pay for"
