UV SWIMMING POOLS

Omar did a filter clean. It was disgusting, I?m embarrassed. He said it was normal. My kid kept asking him questions, he was patient. Pool circulation is better now. Woodland Hills heat is no joke.

Kris canvassed my neighborhood in Glendale last fall. I signed up for a cleaning and they?ve been doing a decent job. Herman?s crew was here last week, scrubbed the tiles. My cat knocked over a plant while they were here, chaos. Pool?s fine.

The crew resurfaced our pool with pebble aggregate. They applied it evenly and polished the finish. The water is a beautiful turquoise. My neighbors asked who did the work. I gave them the number. The price was the same on paper and in practice.

Our pool autocover stopped working. They diagnosed a broken motor and replaced it. Also lubricated the tracks. The cover opens smoothly now. The technician called the next day to confirm everything was fine. That care stands out. What they quoted was what I received.

They installed a gas heater for the spa. The crew trenched the gas line, passed inspection, and connected it without leaks. The spa heats up in 20 minutes now. The foreman showed me how to operate the thermostat. I?d have paid the same to avoid the headache. They made it avoidable.

I needed a new filter grid for the DE filter. They ordered the correct size and installed it. The pressure dropped back to normal. No more backwashing every day. The estimate never moved.

The pool had a crack in the gunite shell. UV Swimming Pools injected epoxy, filled the crack, and resurfaced the area. You can?t tell there was a repair. That skill is worth noting. I slept fine that night.

They offered a maintenance plan ? weekly cleaning and chemical checks. The first month was free. I signed up. The technician comes every Tuesday and leaves the pool spotless. The price was the same on paper and in practice.

The staff is very kind and professional, and everything was done on time! They do their job with great professionalism. A big recommendation for working with them!

Amazing experience with this pool/landscape company! Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with, starting with Rosh, Jordan and Herman! They really listened to what we wanted and made our front and backyard look amazing. They paid attention to details that were important to me (and my OCD lol). The pool and landscaping turned out even better than we hoped. Definitely recommend them!

They landscaped our front & backyard. We are very happy w the result. Jordan, their Project Manager, was excellent from start to finish…v responsive, easy to work with and flexible w our changes. He was on top of every phase and checked w us to confirm we are all on the same page each step of the way. Promises kept, schedule kept. Even after our project was completed, they continued to fulfill our little tweaks. I would highly recommend them.

I found out about these guys by sheer chance when I visited a friend recently and commented on their pool. I figured since the summer season was ending, prices might be getting better for pools and it might finally be time to bite down and get my dream pool. The process didn't take as long as I expected, and the result was beautiful! I would suggest UVSP to anybody looking to get their pool work done. And if you're not sure who to deal with, Rosh was the one who got me through my process, I only have good things to say in his regard. Thank you UV!
