I wanted my carpet steam cleaned, but the cleaner suggested his "upgrade" for free.! 2 weeks later the dirtiest parts are surfacing. He did the old shampoo method .

Did not deliver area rugs to the house as promised, did not call me to update me, I had to call him to find out where my carpet was. Once I got the carpet it back I found the top was cleaned, but the bottom was filthy. I will never use them again. Poor communication, poor quality of work.

I was called within an hour of requesting a quote. All my questions were answered, no hidden fees! They showed up on time, even gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. I've waited a few weeks before giving this review. In the past, I've had my carpets cleaned and they "looked clean" for a few days. Then got matted down and looked dirty again shortly after the cleaning. MY CARPETS HAVE STAYED LOOKING WONDERFUL. I'm no expert but I do know you have to have a powerful cleaning system to remove the dirt and grime. I have two hard working men in my house, one is a welder and the other works on a flight line so grime is unavoidable. I am loving the carpets, and the professionalism with which they listened to my concerns, didn't put anyone down (other cleaning services) but simply and honestly told me what they could do. Then they did it! Thank you so much!

Professional, punctual, and friendly service. Very competitive pricing. We recently moved to Las Vegas and needed to get our couch cleaned after an unfortunate spill. He offered to just clean up the mess, but since we've moved a couple times in the few years we've had it, had him go ahead and clean the whole sectional. He offered us a warm welcome to the area and left us with a couch that looked and smelled fresh and clean again! I plan to use this company in the future should the need arise, and highly recommend them.

The cleaners were very helpful and did exactly what was asked of them. The work was done quickly and professionally. Later in the week I had a bathroom flood that went into carpeted rooms. I called them to help get the water up and dry the carpets. They came as quickly as possible and did a great job cleaning up a mess. I could never thank them enough! and all at a very reasonable rate! I recommend them highly
