The appraiser asked the hard questions that needed to be answered about the property and even provided information as to how a lender might view the property as far as the condition and how a lender may view the property in terms of a loan for the buyer their feedback added value to the appraisal for the buyer as well as the seller. Jessy was fun to be around as well as providing necessary information of the estate condition for the sale of the property. I highly recommend him due to the truth being told. He did not give us a false sense of the value of the estate but provided incite to the actual value and condition which is what everyone really needs.
