It’s been about 3 months since our home underwent fumigation and subterranean treatment and so far so good. We are very pleased with the services from Vanguard. They have been very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process (with a few reschedules on our end). I was very impressed by our initial inspection with Armando. He was very thorough inspecting the entire exterior, crawl space and attic and was patience with answering all of our questions. Overall he just seemed like a good guy who wouldn’t screw you over. Reasonable priced treatment and quick turnaround. I recommend this company!

Armando did a thorough inspection on the inside and outside of my house to find termite infestation since I wanted spot treatment. In the process he found that there were rotting wood underneath my bathrooms due to a leak. He took lots of pictures to show the condition of the wood. After canvassing several other termite control companies I decided to go with them based on the thoroughness of their inspection and the treatment and repairs of the affected wood. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them.

Armando gave me a a thorough presentation of the issues backed up with pictures. His bid was fair and honest in comparison with others who promptly started measuring the house up for tenting and treatment. He also has excellent customer service skills. Furthermore, they will return to reinspect in 6 months,
