I set up an appointment for a move-out deep clean on Friday, June 8 in a new home we purchased. I was told this included baseboards, appliances, doors, windows, fans, shelving, etc. The house was completely empty so there was no furniture to hinder cleaning. When the job was done, I was told I had to pay with cash or check, which would have been great to know before they showed up. After my husband ran to an ATM, I paid them and didn't even get a written receipt. After the two ladies left, I discovered that none of the window ledges had been wiped down, the living room ceiling fan wasn't cleaned, grease/grime that was dripped on the floor by the stove wasn't cleaned, there was still some dust, dog hair and egg yolk left in the refrigerator, the top of the refrigerator was still dirty, none of the cabinets or drawers were wiped out, baseboards all over the house were still dirty and the shelves in the closets weren't cleaned. I called VA Pro Clean on Monday, June 11 and told the lady who answered that I was not happy with the cleaning service we had requested. I basically paid $200 for toilets, bathroom counters/sinks and floors to be cleaned because it didn't look like anything else was done. She offered for the ladies to come back and finish the job but at that point, we had begun painting and had contractors in and out of the house making repairs. I was told that I would get a call back from a manager but never got that call. I'm extremely disappointed because I feel cheated. I did NOT receive $200 worth of cleaning.

Phenomenal ladies that go above and beyond to clean your house. Never seen a house so clean and beautiful. Well done ladies!

Very courteous and thorough. Ensured we were satisfied with the work during, in between and after the job was complete since it took two days to complete. VA Pro Cleaning was very flexible with our schedules to get inside of the property to do the work. Great Company with outstanding people!

GREAT TEAM! Customer service was better than fantastic! Completed the cleaning of 3.5 bathrooms and kitchen unsupervised. Couldn't have asked for better attention to detail. Will DEFINITELY have them help me in my new home!!

Excellent cleaning! A few logistical glitches (setting up time for first visit for example) all worked out, but the only reason I didn't make it a 5 star for everything.

They will start Monday 26 December 2016. I'll tell you after that date. Rosie and Anna arrived on time and went right to work. They were very cheerful, knowledgeable and energetic. They more than satisfied my wifes and my expectations. They did not miss a thing and took care of everything my bride asked them to do and went beyond that. My bride is very happy and the place looks and smells new. I'm afraid to go into my bathroom because it's so clean. I'm afraid to mess it up. In short VA PRO Cleaning did one heck of a great Job. Thank you Rosie and Anna. You are FANTASTIC.

Good quality cleaning, longer than expected though

I was very specific as to what I needed done. They only did about 1/2 of what was requested. This was a move out cleaning, there was no furniture in the house, so it should of been easier. They did not even go into the basement. They didn't clean appliances well, they didn't clean under anything. They only cleaned the inside of the stove, not the outside or underneath. They didn't even go into the laundry room. Basically they just did the bathrooms. I asked them to do the kitchen cabinets, and they didn't touch them. They were paid in full and I don't feel they earned their money.

The only problem I had was there is dried egg on the front window that was not able to be removed.

They are always looking to accommodate me, and they are very quick and helpful and very consistent. They are the best cleaning company my mother and I have used. I really like them and they are very professional. I have recommended them to others, and I would continue to do that.
