"The damage he is referring too was hidden and was not noticeable unless you removed the vanity from the wall, and as for the crawlspace, there was only 12 inches of space and no access to where he was referring too, there is just some areas we are unable to inspect, due to limited access or if the damage is hidden in the wall."
"We do not accept a full payment until the customer is fully satisfied with the work completed. Homeowner never stated any concerns, and we never received a call asking us to redo the work. Proper communication is the key for a successful experience."
"Thank you."
"Original Ceiling had a thick texture / had water damage, we cut out the damaged area and textured the repaired area, did the best we could trying to blend it in. Original texture was put on by hand very heavy and thick, making it very difficult to blend in. Customer was informed that this would be an issue before we started the work. We could not scrap it off due to the ceiling being painted. It would have to be sanded down, an additional cost. We offered to demo the complete ceiling 6'x8', and replace it with a newly textured ceiling. The customer wanted the cheapest route, which was to remove water damaged area only and blend in the new texture with old."
