Victor and his crew were AMAZING. We hired VAZ to remodel our entire first floor, move structural beams, raise floors, a full kitchen addition, staircase, powder room, laundry room, new windows and doors and everything in between. The project took less time than anticipated and the work site was ALWAYS clean and his team was very curious of us working from home with kids and dogs. We became friends with the entire crew. Could not speak high enough about Victor, his crew and quality of work.

Hired Vaz to rebuild 2 large decks and a set of steps. They started the project earlier than I had expected which meant I was away the whole time they were at my home. I wasnâ t too concerned by this because Victor and his crew have done a kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel for us in the past., I trusted them to do good work and they didnâ t disappoint, our decks look amazing. They communicated with me throughout the process and sent me photos of their progress. Victor spent a lot of time with me discussing options and materials, he is very knowledgeable and I appreciated his guidance. I was thankful that they tidied up and left my yard as they found it, I hardly would have known they had done a huge deck rebuild . Would definitely recommend this company. Reliable, trustworthy and they do amazing work.

VAZ Management created our beautiful new dream kitchen on-time and inâ budget, and the process was the smoothest weâ ve ever experienced in our 40+ years as homeowners. As a matter of fact, we enjoyed having Victor and his crew around - they were friendly and respectful of our home; cleaning every day after work and making sure our animals didnâ t escape as they entered and exited the house. Victorâ s calm, professional demeanor was very reassuring when we experienced unexpected delivery delays, and ultimately the project finished slightly before expected. And the results are fabulous! We love our new kitchen, and will definitely call Victor with the next home improvement project!

Victor and his team were always professional. They kept us apprised of when to expect them, always showed up as promised, consulted with us throughout, made changes where requested, and always cleaned up after themselves. The project was complicated, multifaceted, and expensive, but we believe the result is excellently crafted and is built to last.

Very high quality work. Victor discovered problems with floor support under our sunken entryway that the other contractors didn't even mention. The project was completed in a timely manner. They always cleaned up after themselves. Victor was always responsive to questions and to requests. Vaz was not the cheapest bid, but they were worth every penny.

I spent a lot of time researching contractors to remodel our kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. I was worried about choosing one of those nightmare contactors. Victor and his crew were amazing, do beautiful work, and I highly recommend them. I appreciated the great communication, daily clean ups, and working within our budget. Victor had a lot of patience with me - I often made changes or couldn't make my mind up on color schemes (so many great choices). I appreciated his guidance and advice. These guys are hard working and take pride in their craftsmanship. They kind of became part of our family while they were here - very trustworthy. we are looking forward to having them back to build us a new deck. .
