Wood Fence - Install
My contract stated I would get TWO rebuilt gates, he only did ONE. And he said he would come back and install a border around the work he did. He has not! My dogs continue to leave the yard when the sole purpose of the fence was to keep them in and safe!

"This lady is impossible to please I went way out of my way to work with her I had to use most of her old fence and the old 4x4 because that's what she said to do cause she didn't want to spend the money on the materials as for only one screen she doesn't know what she is talking about we have and always will use 2 screws on top and 2 on both. For the gate goes that wasn't anything that she got changed for I was able to put a gate on the new part of the fence that I build but she was told from the start when she asked me if I could please fix the back gate. That in order for me to put a new gate on the back fence that we would need to build a new fence on both sides and that she was going to have to pay for the materials she said that she didn't have the money to pay for the materials right now that when she came up with the 128 for the materials she would let me know. I was not even charging her for the labor. For that matter, I paid out of my pocket 758 to help her out."

Wood Stairs and Railings Repair
Started out strong, then not so much. I have a historical home, I wanted an expert for stairs. My banister was loose. The contractor explained the process, there was mention of a brace(s), maybe this was my fault for assuming but I understood the brace(s) was temporary. He told me 5 hrs of work. He took 1 hr. He screwed metal braces in each step to a dowel. I could have done that! And spilled glue at the base of each spindle. He told us he would be back to remove 3 of the braces I hated the most. He never showed or answered his text.

Wood Fence - Install
R&R , did a great job and got everything done when they said they would. They instead lights for me at the cost of the light only. Job well done.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Terrible job, caulk did not match and was not a straight line. Had to borrow my tools.

"this man said that it was just a little spot that needed to be grouted but when I got there it was a lot more than that. I told him from the start that I only had a caulk that was not the right type or color he said ok go ahead and do it you could have not had a stighter line then the caulk was. I did a lot more work to help him out and I didn't charge him anymore than what I said it was going to cost from the start"
