Vince from VC Plumbing answered all my questions over the phone and quoted me a price for the water heater and installation. One call to a precious rock company would not even quote a water heater price unless I paid them $60.00 for an-in-person quote, which was not refundable if I chose another, and probably cheaper installer. The installers for VC Plumbing were courteous, professional and answered all my questions regarding installation, maintenance, and operation. They wore masks, footies, and even had the wheels of the hand truck covered. I would definitely use VC Plumbing again!

Great job no dancing around on price. Got 3 quotes were lowest by a landslide with great quality work. No adding on after initial quote like the other companies.

Poor workmanship. After their repair work, several pipe joints were found leaking. Even after several requests, they never came back to fix those leaks. They did not care to follow up with the poor workmanship once they were paid. I had to call a different plumber to fix those leaks. Avoid them.
