Carter was polite, informative and very responsive. He was fantastic with some smaller plumbing needs in a kitchen remodel that were not even part of the service request. We had an unfortunate misunderstanding regarding installation of a tankless water heater. The install location was disappointing and not what I thought I agreed to. Despite that, he was professional and also had to deal with a challenging install with a Halo filtration system he recommended. I would still work with him again in the future.

Replaced old Water heater, Very good craftsmanship and work ethic. Carter even did the work on Sunday which allowed me not to miss a day of work. The project included demo of old water heater and haul away. I am very satisfied and will do business with this company again.

Carter removed hot water solar panels from may roof and removed storage tank. Knowledgeable, excellent customer service, excellent quality of work, efficient. Completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this compony

I turned to Angi's List for a 2nd quote on my water heater replacement after reading the reviews on the company my home warranty sent out. Carter came on time, explained the estimate to me for a Bradford-White double insulated 40 gal water heater and installed the same day. The estimate was slightly under the other company and I was able to get a $650 buy-out from my home warranty to put towards it. This was 3 months ago and I'm just getting around to the review. These guys know what they're doing and are very professional. Highly recommend!
