Pedro is a great handyman. He shows up when he said and is thorough in his approach to a job.

Very respectful and neat when working.

We had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Vera Enterprise. When we met with Pedro to share our list of several handyman jobs we had, he was polite, attentive, and appeared trustworthy. We asked if he and his workers were all licensed; he said yes. When we asked for a written contract, he said he wd write it out when he came for the job. But he gave us an estimate. WE WERE NAIVE to have failed to insist on a binding contract ahead of the work. However, its too late for us but not for those who read this. They **fixed our back door** but had to re-fix it the next day. They installed new faucets in our bathroom, but we ended up with a leaking pipe beneath the sink. They tried to install smart light switches but instead had to leave the job unfinished; we ended up having to hire an (actually) certified electrician to repair and then redo the job. They drilled drainage lines into the surface of our deck but left scratch marks across the planks and did not return the furniture etc. back where it belonged To be fair, they did fix our front door, installed CO2 monitors, power washed the deck and walkways. Finally, we paid Pedro Vera in good faith, assuming he would make good on his word. Unfortunately, the workmen he sent were incapable of doing the tasks correctly and as noted, in a number of cases, they added problems. Since Vera Company was recommended to us from Home Advisor and we checked the website, we thought we were safe in hiring them. No such luck!

Great job and very kind.

Courteous and a hard worker, eager to please

Nice person and reasonably priced. Work is complimentary.

Vera does random pop-ups without having any appointments with the customer when you ask him when is he available he tells you he does not know he will call you next week show up at your house a week later when he has no work for his workers show up at your house 8 am unexpected I find that very unprofessional so I had to find someone else on top of that he tells me I have to give his worker gas money for showing up without an appointment even his worker said vera does this all the time calling customers last minute, not even the night before.

We agreed on a price and 3-4 hours to do the work. It took him 2 days and then he screamed in front of the tenants that he should have asked for more money. We had to pay him more money just to get him to leave. He embarrassed us in front of the tenants and in front of the neighbors. This was a terrible experience. I can not believe this guy did this.

Pedros worker did a great job worked very hard cleaned up and made sure everything was working before he left. If I need other work done I would call Vera

I needed to install a new sink and cabinet in my upstairs bathroom. It was not as easy as it appeared. The cabinet was very small and lacked space for the plumbing. The job was more complicated due to age of the old plumbing, but finally Vera completed the job to my satisfaction. He was very conscientious to do a good job. However, next time, I'll hire a plumber.

Very good and reliable

Very reliable, arrived right on time .answered all my questions, very knowledgeable. Price was right . Cleaned up after themselves Definitely will use again.

Came to the house for an estimate and next thing I knew he was doing the job of repairing my garage door. It is only marginally better that it was to begin with,. It still goes halfway up as before the only difference is if you push it up it stays up. Mrs. Katapodis
