VICTOR GUTTIERZE CAME TO THE HOUSE TO FIX MY DRYER,ALL HE DID WAS REPLACE PARTS THAT HE THOUGHT WOULD BE THE PROBLEM,I COULD'VE DONE THAT.WHEN HE COULD NOT FIX IT,HE HE BLAMED THE WALL PLUG,GUESS WHAT WRONG AGAIN ,IT TOOK $223.00 TO TELL ME HE COULDN'T FIX THE DYER.HE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR MONEY.

Over Charged for repairs and gave money and it wasn't even what was wrong with it, It tooks weeks to repair it to start with it.

Kept putting off install of ice maker water line. Agreed to come 12-02-13 at 8AM didn't show up until after 9AM. Quality of work was terrible. Had to make several phone calls to get project done. He deposited check then acted like he knew nothing about what was paid for. Would not recommend nor contact him ever again.

The repair man came in and got right to work. did a great job. also looked my refrigerator to give me some advice. was very nice and i am planning on having them come back to my house to do other repairs
