At this point I have escalated this extremely unprofessional experience to above and beyond but warning others from experiencing this owner is a necessity. Horrible experience! Victoria is very rude, overly aggressive, confrontational, dishonest and has poor customer service. My husband and myself are unhappy with the work and experience. Over charging, poor quality work, poor communication, very combative etc. Please utilize another company to save yourself the disappointment, disrespect and all together headache! As a business owner you cannot attack and ignore your customers when they have a poor experience or concerns, instead do better by them and learn how to speak to people that fund your business!

Over charging on material and labor! Victoria ?the owner? is very unprofessional, rude and has very poor communication. Great customer service and not trying to take advantage of home owners is how you stay in business. Also, the work is not 100% executed (un-licensed workers) and when you have questions or are not happy with the final result no one will follow up for support; you will be ignored, sent to voicemail and told to text so the conversation is in writing! Never again! Don?t walk away from this company RUN!

This company was great! They gave the estimate right away and explained it in full details on what was going to be done. The crew came out and installed the roof right away and clean up was fabulous. They fixed the issues we had. Definitely recommend them! Will use them again for another service!

It's unfortunate that the owner of the company who installed my roof died. His wife Victoria who took over the business inherited no records from her husband. Therefore, she is unable to provide me with any information on my roof which includes a receipt for payment and any information pertaining to the materials used and how the roof was installed. The roof was very poorly constructed however, to her credit, she did have someone come out to address the issues. But, when someone is unable to disclose any information about the service they provided makes me very suspicious as to what went down.

They did a good job on the work! Got the job done ASAP and everything went well!
