Metal Stairs and Railings Repair
Hard working family who seem to really care about the job they do. I would have rated them 5 on everything but they did get some paint on my cement that I had to work on getting cleaned up. Maybe some drop clothes next time would be a good idea. Iâ d definitely use them again.

The company is in Lincoln NE and I live in Omaha. They called me to let me know when they would be in town and stopped by my house to do the welding job I needed for one of my chair. Nice people and friendly, but professional as well

Verlin drove to the KC area to put in a new metal railing for the front steps. He made sure it is useable for a senior citizen and yet looks good. He listened to me and checked in with me as the work progressed. I recommend this company no matter where you live.

Metal Stairs and Railings Installation and Replacement
Very unprofessional. I was on a strict deadline that they said they could meet but did not. They also promised to replace my current handrail and charged me as such but did not do it. After I confronted them about this during the delivery date, which they were 4 hours late, they called me that night at 1:57 am! I thought it was a buttdial but then a text came the next minute. Disappointing to say the least. Also one of the handrails they actually installed is very wobbly.

"We are a small business located in Lincoln, NE, and the job listed was located in Shawnee, KS, a 3 hour drive. The job had a deadline for insurance purposes, and we complied to the best of our ability within the parameters of that deadline. Due to inclement weather conditions, we had to change our leave and arrival times to allow us feasible conditions to work in, and we kept in constant communication with Deja prior to arriving. We kept in communication, updating her as we travelled to her address in Shawnee, KS. Once on site, we were able to install the first railing. Due to unforeseen circumstances and inclement weather conditions, we were unable to complete the installation at that time. We returned to Lincoln, NE with all the materials and began to refabricate Deja's railings. We asked Deja to communicate with her insurance to extend the deadline. We guaranteed Deja we would come back the following Friday to finish the installation, and we followed through with our obligations. The quote attached clearly states: "fabricated to fit with the existing railings with twisted balusters." She accepted the quote and we installed 3 railings that were fit to code and securely anchored into the concrete steps. We also installed a step railing that was equally securely anchored. Prior to leaving the site, we ensured Deja that we would be returning to KS to fulfil other projects and if she had any concerns or needed us to come back and do anything, we would be happy to do so at no extra charge. We also tried negotiating with her that because of the confusion we would accept $300.00 rather than the agreed $500.00 that was due upon completion, and Deja paid the full amount of $500.00."

Verlin built a metal hand railing for steps. We had holes already in the concrete steps and he customized the railing so we could use the existing holes.
