I am overly pleased with my experience from day one with the inspection, to the scheduling, ending with the install. Ryan came out to give me an estimate and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Before he could complete his presentation I was ready to purchase . Ryan delivered a top tier lesson on roofs. He really knows his stuff. Kudos to Ryan. Katie was excellent with scheduling and rescheduling me because I was having issues with my insurance company. She called to follow up with me, making sure things were situated before moving on with the project. And lastly Jose. Jose managed the install. He communicated everything with me from start to finish. Thumbs up to all that played a role in my new roof experience.

The crew was very professional and worked very quickly. We had sudden thunderstorms both days during the install. The crew covered the exposed parts of the roof quickly and waited out the storms in their truck. As soon as the rain stopped, they were right back to work. The sales staff and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Noah, the sales rep, walked us through the whole process and what to expect. I highly recommend, and I normally don’t do reviews.

From the first call to Victor’s for a free inspection, Evan came out checked the roof inside and out, he took pictures and video to show me my problems! We talked about all my options. On install day Jose explained what I should expect and that he would be taking photos throughout the day. Luis showed up to go over the details as to how much wood the guys had to replace and the ventilation they had to install. We did a walk around the house, I was pleased with the netting they had up to “catch” all the debris, the guys cleaned up the yard just as they found it! I am very pleased with the work. I will highly recommend them!

Victors home solutions did an awesome job on my replacement!! From Eston coming out for the estimate to Luis the install manager and his crew doing the roof, everything went perfect!! Highly recommend!! Everyone was friendly and helpful!!

From the initial consultation with Jose to the installation with Luis, Victors home solutions has an amazing team. Not only are they professionals who work quickly and efficient. But they also are very kind and make sure you are taken care of.

I would highly recommend Victors for any roofing reapirs or replaccement neded. From Jose, the estimator, to Louis the install coordinatror and Doug the foreman for the job all are excellent. We do have a concern about the color of some of the aluminum trim that was usewd, but we are rest assured that they will be back to take care of our concerns.

Victors completed a full roof replacement (tear off and reshingle) 4 years ago. I recently experienced a leak around a roof vent. The service team came to the house, inspected the roof, identified the source of the leak, and had a team out 2 days later on a Sunday to replace the failed vent. They proactively replaced 2 other similar vents with improved metal vents and inspected the chimney trim and recalked it as well. I am very satisfied with their commitment to quality and service.

Dylan gave a great presentation with very thorough information and answered all our questions. He was friendly and professional and put us at ease. The roof installation team (with crew leader, Leo) arrived on time and worked exceedingly hard and efficiently to get their work done quickly-rain was coming & sprinkled several times throughout the day. They did a great clean up job also. Luis (install manager) did great follow-up with us, as we had a few minor questions. He promptly contacted us, came to speak with us and provided all the information we requested. I would also like to say that the gentleman that delivered the dumpster did a great job parking it and was so quiet picking it up EARLY the following morning, that neither Or the dogs heard him & it was just outside our window. We are very pleased with our experience and service we received from Victors and their excellent employees.

Evan conducted a thorough and professional inspection of our attic and roof. He was very good in identifying the problems we were having and proposing solutions. His account of Victor's offerings was spot on. Luis came out twice and called to make sure that we were kept apprised of what was going on and the progress of the job. When things were finished, he made it a point to conduct the "walk through" again to make sure we were satisfied. He also gave us information that encouraged us to keep our warranty current. The team at Victor's contacted us again to make sure we were on the right track. I am glad that we contracted with Victor's.

They were great. Arrived at 9:00 am and did a complete tear off and redo, also cleaned up perfectly. They were out of here by 3:00pm. It was amazing!!!

Luis Gutierrez was prompt and professional. we had had high winds and found some shingles on our neighbors lawn. I called Victor‘s and Luis came out the next day. He was able to identify that the shingles did not come off my roof, but off of my neighbors. He confirmed that everything was intact and as it should be on my roof and then showed me pictures from of my roof front to back confirming that all was intact. Thank you!

As a senior woman with no roofing experience, I totally appreciated Chris Kincannon and Marco Ruggiero clearly explaining every detail on a free interior and exterior inspection of my 2 story home, 17 year old GAF shingled, large leaking roof. Chris and Marco gave roof & attic videos & photos, along with their very calm, friendly manner, informed me without any pressure.Their suitcase of sample mockup roof trim, vents, & shingles was extremely helpful to me, I a visual learner. They answered every question clearly and provided me with all of the information that I needed on this large project. Within 4 days of inspection, my new roof and new skylight were installed by a great team led by Douglas & Luis Gutierrez. It only took 8 hours for this great crew to replace & install my beautiful new roof. The cleanup was perfect. What a great team! I highly recommend Victor’s Home Solutions Company in Canton, MI!
