They were a bit later than initially stated, but they came the day they said they would. And they fixed the leak that day. Several roofers failed to show or follow up, so this company stands a notch above most in my view. They care to help people even if the project is not a complete new roof.

Very professional

We had several estimates from different companies in the area. We chose VIP Alabama Roofing to remove our old roof and install a new roof on our home, because of Lynne. Lynne made this the easiest and most pleasant experience. I was dreading the entire process of having a new roof installed. After speaking to Lynne, she coordinated and handled everything. She did all the "leg work" and really made this a surprisingly great experience. On our scheduled day of removal and install-the guys were prompt and they finished the job before we got home from work. You would have never known they were there, besides the amazing new roof. They cleaned up and there was not a trace of material or anything left behind. My husband, who is usually harder to please than myself, called me and was bragging on them and he was EXTREMELY impressed with the job they had done. He said everything was perfect! We couldn't be happier with the entire experience with this company. They were great and we really appreciate everything. We are happy to refer all of our friends, family and anyone else to this company for all of their roofing needs.

One of our summer wind storms blew several roof tiles off. This has happened before. The roof was only 13 years old. I contacted VIP Roofing, & they called the same day. By Monday, we had our appraiser out, & had contracted the job. The roofers were very hardworking. Even though it was very hot, they were there by 6:00 a.m., & worked til 9:00 each night, with some time off around the middle of the day. They even brought boxes to put their personal trash in. When it was finished, they used a metal detector to pick up all nails. Could not tell they’d been here. Fair price for the job. We were very pleased with the company.

VIP Alabama roofing is hands down the best company I've ever dealt with for roofing repair/installation. This was our first time filing a homeowner's insurance claim and Glenn and the folks at VIP Roofing made it super easy. Not to mention they also started the work a day earlier than scheduled and knocked the whole project out in one day. My wife and I couldn't be any happier. In a 5-star rating system I would easily give them 10 Stars for their customer service, professionalism, quality of work and getting the job done in a timely fashion. I will absolutely without hesitation be recommending them to anyone who I hear mention needing roof repair in the future.

Started when they said they would. Had all materials on site day before they started. Did not demand 1/2 down. Cleaned up everything when they were done. It was like they were never there.
