This **pro** is either a scam or not professional. They charged me $380 in advance and then never contacted me to let me know they could not come on the scheduled day and time--I had to contact them to find this out. Because my situation does not allow for that much flexibility, I had to request a refund. They have not returned any of my calls or texts since then. They texted me the day I requested a quote, asked for details about my job, and seemed at first very efficient and professional. The quote, $380 for a wallpaper job, was affordable, so when Jasmary asked me to send payment in advance via Zelle, I decided to go ahead and pay even though I felt a little uneasy about it. They also asked me to purchase wallpaper paste and primer, which is not unusual, but I am a single parent working full-time and I had to shift around my schedule to run around to two locations while juggling work, home, and another contractor doing tile work (who were awesome! check out Welliz Contractors!) to be ready in time for the scheduled work. The day and time of my scheduled service came and went and I did not hear from the contractor. When I reached out to Jasmary 45 minutes after the scheduled time, she said someone named Amina would be helping me and sent me her number. Amina said that her tools were outside of Boston and she was running late. I COMPLETELY understand that things happen and the weather that week was horrible, so I asked what time she thought she could make it. She said she did not have a car or her tools and was coming via commuter rail, and that she might be able to come between 7-9pm that night or reschedule for another day. This all started sounding odd and complicated. My situation does not allow me that much scheduling flexibility, so I realized this was not going to work out. I let them know and asked for a refund. Since then, neither of the two people I was in contact with, Jasmary or Amina, have responded to my texts and calls.
