They did a pretty nice job with the downstairs but I think they ran out of time because they actually forgot to vacuum our living room and rushed through the upstairs.

I hired VIP Hospitality to provide weekly maid services for my elderly mother who still lives at home alone. They help her by reaching the high places and doing her heavy bed linens. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I hired them to clean my elderly grandparents home. I paid $230 for a Deep Cleaning Service but will be re-cleaning the house myself. I have an extensive list of concerns.

"I am disappointed that She feels this way about our service especially since the homeowner was pleased with the service. She purchased our service as a gift and sometimes your gift expectations does not equal what the homeowner desires. This was a lovely family and her grandmother walked us through HER home and told us what we could touch and what we could not. Her grandmother described herself as a hoarder....it was not that bad at all but she was clear on what could be moved, touched, etc. She was not there during the walk through and even her dad, who was there during the walk through, told her that her grandmother had limited what we coul"

"Thank you for the rating! The customers were great! Regarding Comment: We give customers a time range and we arrived within that range. We do this because we cannot control traffic and road work. GPS rerouted us several times on the way to the home. You will not always get the dynamic duo, we have 4 teams variations that go out but trust me, they are all fantastic!! Please remember to ask about your porch chair if you want to add that on to your next appointment. ."

Honest, friendly and hard working! This house is big and not easy to clean. It looks beautiful. Thank you for such a prompt response, and for making this decision a great one.
