Jon and Louis came out on a Sunday after the city shut down my main gas line. Began work immediately with no upcharge for coming out on a Sunday. Within 24 hours gas line fixed, Jon arranged city to inspect and issue permit and gas was turned back on by CoServ. Simply does not get any better than that. My go to for personal use and recommendations from now on.

They installed a gas pipe to my kitchen. They went the extra mile to avoid damage to the walls and to the ceiling, which was originally expected given the shape of the ceiling, but they engineered another way, not only at no extra cost by saving money since I didn t have to repair the Sheetrock; I really appreciated that. They kept informed at all times and the cost was very very competitive compared to other estimates I got; it was a no brainer form that regards. I am very happy with the work they did. They are my hi to guys for my plumbing needs from now on. I definitely recommend them.

I hired Jon to rip and replace our master shower and adjoining bathtub surround tile. The work included removing a pony wall, moving the shower seat, replacing the cement board backer, removing the shower glass and frame, tiling the entire area and installing new frame-less shower glass. We are very pleased with the finished bathroom.

There was some scheduling confusion, but other than that, I was very pleased with VIP Plumbing.

They came out and worked in 25° weather, in the rain, to fix my gas line, and the price was fair, the repair solid, and the work done quickly. To top it off, they were very polite, and I would have John and Louis (Lewis? Sorry!) come work on my house anytime in the future that I ever have an issue. 5/5 would hire again.

I called several places and thought their quotes were too high. One company said they'd be here between 9 & 10, at 9:45 they texted me to say they would arrive in 45 min so I cancelled VIP Plumbing Experts, LLC showed up within the quoted time, and I had hot water in an hour. Very professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions and worked with me to get what i needed at a reasonable price.

Jon of VIP Plumbing Experts is a true professional. He went out of his way to give me excellent service at an affordable price. After he finished the gas valve installation I hired him to do, he solved a problem with a plugged up line to my gas fireplace and didn't charge extra. I highly recommend this independent local plumber!
