Justin the owner will talk your ear off telling you about his excellent work ethic and outstanding customer service. It is all lies designed to talk you into purchasing what he is selling you. Beware. Once he is sold you and installed whatever it was. If you ever need it serviced or have a problem, He will not answer a call or return any messages. You will be on your own. I have had to chase him on 3 different occasions for 3 different problems, as sadly, we had him do a whole system in our daughter's home too before we caught on to his ways. I gave him lots of time and opportunity to be ethical and professional. He has chosen not to give a hoot about good or even any customer service. Hire this company at your peril.

Justin was very informative and helpful. He brought my preferred part. He was pleasant and courteous. Responded immediately to my inquiry for service and came within two hours.

My landscaping irrigation pump and plumbing failed. The owner, Justin, is very knowledgeable took the time to explain what I needed, how he was going to do the job and the cost - which was very reasonable. He showed up on time and the finished work looks great and solved all my issues. Would highly recommend VIP Water Filtration as your first call for any major issues with your irrigation pump, well or plumbing.

The installation took longer than usual because I had pipes that were broken underground. Justin worked on this for hours (even after it got dark) until he got the job done. He was polite-a real gentleman who takes pride in his work. I could not have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend this company!

I got two tank water treatment; one carbon tank and one resin tank, which makes more sense to me as resin lasts longer than carbon and you only need to replace the carbon more than resin in the tank every some years. Some other companies, which I searched sell one tank of resin and carbon water treatment system with close price to the VIP's quote, It has higher quality of carbon and resin. And the one I got has water meter, which helps me know how many gallons of water to be filtered until regeneration. I like my reverse osmosis, drinking water. And I don't need to buy a filter for my refrigerator icemaker and water any more! We truly enjoy soft water! I noticed a great difference with our first shower. Our hair is softer and smoother! If you are thinking of getting water softner, I just say "Better get it sooner!"

We ended up buying a whole house filter

He came to my house promptly and got everything done and it was not expensive it was a new switch for the well pump his name is Justin
