Called them ion a Friday morning Spoke with the owner Told him the type of AC unit I needed replaced Quoted me a price on a Carrier Had his salesman come in and see the unit that afternoon Impressed he was wearing surgical covers over his shoes Next morning Saturday sent me a contract with the quoted price Signed it on line On Monday morning had 2 men to remove old unit, installed new and cleaned up place . Done in 4 hours Did not have to pay them until the unit had been installed Their quote was next to the lowest by $400. I got 4 quotes Very professional, straight, got the job done Would not hesitate to recommend them

From the first contact, the representative was professional, courteous and straight forward in response to all questions. First impressions are very important and VJs checked all my mental boxes. Once on-site to see what the requirements and measurements would be, I asked a lot of questions and was given what I deem not to be canned responses and actually was guided with options for the setup and efficiencies that would best suit my home and budget. I went with a CARRIER brand full AC replacement. The fact that VJs is Ygrene certified made the transaction that much smoother and affordable. I have read a lot of reviews that say "Raiko and his guys are great" and I usually assume that the review is not real but I can say without hesitation that its true. He was on top of every detail and very professional. His price was far better than my old ac company (which surprised me because I had been a loyal customer for many years). I know his company also does roofing and construction, which is good to know because I now have him on speed dial should I need those services. You won't be disappointed if you hire him

Raiko and his team were phenomenal!! I sent a request through Angieâ s List for a quote and he called in less than 5 minutes to schedule a consultation. He then was immediately at my house within 20minutes of us hanging up. He was very respectful and had his mask on the entire time. He quoted me the correct size AC unit for a very competitive price with a Carrier unit which is usually more expensive. In addition, he also sent a written estimate within 24hrs for us to have a detailed estimate and be able to compare to other companies. Needless to say, after getting 4 quotes we decided to use VJs Services. The workers showed up on the scheduled date and did the majority of the work. Because it was so hot in my attic, they had to return the next day to do additional work we hired them for. Raiko and his father went on both days to inspect the work the workers had done. Everything came out exactly how it was supposed to. Finally, I like the fact that they donâ t collect any money up front, not even a deposit. They only collect when they finish what they were contracted for and it is to your satisfaction. Thank you!! Iâ ll definitely be recommending them to others.
