Great work and reasonable price

V&L roofing, owned by Lionel Cervantes, did an extremely poor job on my house. They "installed" a metal roof that is uninsurable. I wish I could post pictures of their work but I'll go ahead and describe some of their deficiencies among many from the two independent roof inspections I paid for out of pocket. 1. Improper cap install 2. Opening in valley 3. Missing closures 4. Panels not run straight 5. Panels with backward laps 6. Installation of damaged metal panels, improper joints 7. Missing tape seals, no lap screws 8. Missing Screws; OPEN HOLES!!! 9. Penetration not flashed in!!! (no flashing around chimney, and three other vents.....(I suppose V&L roofing imagined that the rain will miss those holes!) 10.Closures not installed 11. Lionel did not follow the Manufacturers guidelines relating to the screw pattern on the metal. Also no lap screws were on the slope. Saying the screw patterns on the roof were inconsistent and improperly done would be an extreme understatement. 12. Ridge and hip connectors were not protected. Again, the house is exposed. There are many many more significant things that Lionel with V&L roofing did not do. I only wish I could share pictures of his work. Please don't fall into the same predicament I am in now thanks to this guy. I am out over $12,000 and will have to put another roof on. Roof advisor will be given the inspection reports that I'm referring to and will be able to see the handywork of one of their recommended contractors.

They were on top of the job! They performed really well, they were clean, and finished in a timely manner!
