Craig and Vinnie did a very neat, professional installation. They showed up on time and were very responsive to my inquiries. You can tell that they have many years of experience. They were easily able to handle a complex technical situation unique to my installation. I definitely will call them first for my future home security needs.

I had an alarm that I couldn't disarm. Called VMS and a technician was sent the same day to my house. He disconnected my CO alarm and told me "I'm not an electrician, you'll have to call an electrician for this." The technician was at my home 15 minutes and I was charged $92.33. I called VMS for a repair, Nothing was repaired. VMS advertises as a repair service for alarms. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.

"William called our office stating that his something was beeping. We asked him to see if he knew where the noise was coming from. He could not locate or determine where the noise was coming from. I dispatched my Technician the SAME day and when we arrived we found his Electrical CO Detector was expired and needed to be replaced. We are NOT licensed to repair any Electrical Smoke or CO detectors as per NYS. We disconnected it for him so the beeping would stop. We then suggested he call an Electrician to replace. I am sorry that William feels we provided poor service but I can tell you this His beeping stopped and we provided the proper advice. I hold a high standard for my service and there is a price for that. We did explain prior to us coming out there is a Service Charge and it would be COD. How long my technician is on site is irrelevant. We diagnosed the problem a gave William his options."

I used Home Advisor on a Sunday and called his office. He called me back from his daugther's soccer game, and set up an immediate appointment. Craig was very knowledgeable about his product and did not nickel and dime me. He offered me options from basic to the top and wasn't pushy. He came over and showed both my wife and myself how to use the system. His guys did excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves. One of our sensors had a malfunction after install, and he was there the next day. I highly recommend Craig and his team.

I had been shopping for a security company for almost a year. Of course I called ADT first, prices were high and they were trying to nickle and dime me for everything. I decided I wanted a local company. I called and left a message on a Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, not expecting a call back until the following week. The owner called back within an hour...I was impressed. He arranged an estimate quickly that conformed easily to my busy schedule. Right away he nixed the expensive features that ADT was pushing...even insisting on, explaining that in my situation they would be useless. I got a great deal on great security!

I had Craig come by and use my existing system from when I bought the house and change the brains and add some features. He was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. His guys were nice and professional. He has a lot of options and flexibility in his solutions and is very knowledgeable. Also, you are dealing with him...not some salesman. His products and services and prices are less than ADT and more personal. Don't go anywhere else for your security needs!

I have been with ADT Security for over 15 years. However, with the economy the way it is I was looking for another company that could give me the same quality service but at a lower price. ADT was not willing to bend for me after all these years I have been with them. They are not competitive at all. So I decided to go with VMS and they are really good. As a matter of fact they went through step by step with my husband to show me some of the things ADT had done wrong. My husband was pleased and satisfied. The customer service was great and very personal. I really appreciate it. I would highly recommend this company. The price is good

I would recommend VMS to anyone, Craig took the time to understand our needs and make his recommendations. The surveillance system he installed is exactly what we were looking for and he took the time to make sure that we were happy with the installation. I wish dealing with other companies went as smooth as working with VMS.
