Total nightmare. Shoddy results, leaking roofs, incomplete or damaged exhaust vents. Siding falling off. Glad I didn't have them replace my windows, they probably would have fu** ed that up, too. Extremely poor workmanship, putting a serious financial problem on our condo association. Nanfito thought they could cut corners, but they got caught. Even worse, they won't take responsibility for the poor workmanship. Amazing how a contractor thinks they can just come in and leave the place a total disaster. Nanfito does that very well! DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!! Inexperienced workers who couldn't even speak english.. Nanfito, how do you sleep at night knowing that you provided such sub standard work results to a condo community that just wanted to give you business. YOU SUCK

I do not recommend this buisness at all, They were contracted for Windows, soffit, Facia, Chimneys and attic gable vents, the project ended up needing to be cancelled after the first week. Here is the story. V. Nanfito subcontracts, they do not do the work, so as far as knowing how good they are, who knows, what i do know is this. The work done to my home was contracted to Limo's Home improvement, V. Nanfito did not provide a foreman, did not oversee the work, did not communicate, neglected to provide guidance or ensure the job was done in accordance to connecticut state and local guidelines. Work was delayed multiple times, and when work was finally started the Sub-contractors violated connecticut state building code N1101.11. They removed windows but never prepped the opening, the thermal envelope was not prepped or completed prior to installing the new windows. No silicone, no flashing, no tape, nothing was used to ensure a proper waterproof/ air leak proof installation was made. Connecticut building code states in plain english that All materials, systems, and equipment shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and this code. V. Nanfito did not follow steps 1 through 5 on the manufacturer's given instructions. Windows were not centered in the opening, install flashing was step 2, they didn't even purchase it, the mounting flange of the wood must be sealed is step 3, no method of sealing was used, Run a continuous bead of 3/8" width around the inside peremiter of the mounting flange, no silicone was even purchased for this job. then to top it off, the contract clearly stated that the interior insulation was to be spray foam, they decided it was cheaper to just put fiberglass in, contrary to what i paid for. I have procured an attorney for this matter, if anyone had work done by V. Nanfito, i highly recommend ensuring the work was done in accordance with state and local building code. -Update 8-4-21 Official communication with V. Nanfito Roofing and Siding to cancel entire project and loan was made, but today i sent an official email to the company to do so. The company is saying they are "Waiting on instructions from the owner on how to handle this situation", it has been a week since the verbal cancellation of the project. I fear they will refuse to cancel the loan. But only time will tell. -Update 8-5-21 V. Nanfito Roofing and Siding has agreed to the terms outlined in my official request with timelines for all actions to take place, and formally requested the removal of the negative posts on this platform and others. Providing V. Nanfito adheres to their timeline and completes the task in the official request I will consider that request at the time of completion. As a sign of good faith I will remove the images attached to this post.

The new roof and new skylights have been tested many times since installation, since it has rained so much in the past few weeks. Happy to report no leaks. My only issue is that I did not receive a call before the dumpster was delivered and i did not receive a call before the workers showed up. I called the office and the woman that answered said they always call and she confirmed that the phone number on file was correct. I'm not sure what happened but their number was not in the phone history as a missed call. She did apologize for the mix up.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I read the reviews and I am totally shocked about what I read. Those reviews were part of why I made the decision to go with this company. I might be one in a million, but I can tell you that they did not show up when I they said they would. I was told they were finishing up another job and would be to my house at 10. I must have called the office 5 times that day.. They never showed. Day 2 I was told they were stuck in traffic and at 10 am the lead person showed up with 1 other person. I must have called 4 ties that day. They were still at another job. Finally on day 3 they showed. They worked for 2 days and didn't finish. I was given no explanation of when the would finish or why they hadn't. Called again about 3 times that day. The person who sold me the bag of goods... called on the following Monday. Stated "first time I am hearing about this". Funny since I had talked to him on the Friday before. The workers ordered chinese food and no one had money to pay. They finally finished after 7 days!!!! Was it done right..... I will never be comfortable in the thought that it was. Only time will tell. I cannot even imagine what would happen if there was a problem. I had 5 other estimates, some higher and some lower, and I picked the bad one. Forgot to mention the extra money they hit me with. I had other estimates lower that included the "extra". What do you do when your roof is ripped off. Tell them to go home...Sure...I have never had to deal with such poor customer communication and ownership of responsibility. I have been disgusted over this. Lucky HUH!!!!! Oh the dumpster is still in my yard, 9 days after the start. Called today to find out when it will be removed? They said today..... We will see if this one statement is true!!!! Several neighbors have asked me..."who did your roof?" I told them I would not say because, I will never recommend this company!!!!! If a company cannot own up to their mistakes and errors, how can you trust them to do quality work!!! A lot of things look good but aren't good. By the way... Thank god I took my car out of the garage. Prevented some serious damage that could have occurred. Make sure when you have someone do your roof that you do not leave your car in the garage.

They came at 7:30 in the morning. Stripped, cleaned the roof, installed new ice barriers and new shingles. They were done by 3:30 and did my shed with the leftover shingles. They were a great bunch of guys. The entire yard was cleaned after.

They did good job

The entire roof project (remove old shingles, replace some bad plywood, and put on new shingles) was done in 1 day on our colonial house. I was amazed that they were able to do it so fast and so well. We chose Nanfito in spite of the fact that they were a little more expensive to get the 50 year full warrantee. We figured it was worth it.

They did a really good job. I had cabinets put in that look amazing and they were really tidy and cleaned up after themselves. I don't have any complaints and I highly recommend them as my neighbors have even come over to look at them and say they are really nice.
