Vohs Heating Cooling and Appliances

I had contacted Voh's to repair my refrigerator. He came out and took over $600 for parts he needed to order. After saying the parts were on back order and prob wouldn't be in for 30-90 days we didn't hear anything for over 2 months. I reached out and was told the parts place closed down and he had to reorder the parts from some place else. He didn't even have a copy of the receipt so I had to send it to him along with the fridge model so he could find the part numbers to "re-order". At last 4 times he said he would be out the next day or the following week to install the parts and never showed. He always had an excuse, I had a big job to do or something came up. He finally stopped responding to all communications. I am now forced to go thru other avenues to get my funds back or services rendered.

WARNING!!!! Don't hire Wilbert Vohs Jr./ Vohs heating and cooling, I had to have my furnace repaired had to pay for a part that was under warranty 250.00 was to be returned by April 10, 2025 and he refused to return my money . I called and texted him several times about returning my warranty money. So I took him to small claims court and won my case!! Don't let him do this to you!! Fair warning !!!!

I hired Wilbert Vohs Jr./ Vohs heating and cooling I had to have a gas valve replaced on my furnace which was under warranty the part was 250.00 which i had to pay for it up front then the company was to reimburse the money back to Willbert Vohs which was to be returned back to me. After calling and texting to no avail I took him to small claims court and won my judgment. Still no money!!

An absolute FRAUD. Customer service started out great with quick response time coming out to check our broken fridge. He ordered a part which we partially paid for and NEVER RETURNED. - 2 no show appointments - no refund - no part - wouldnâ t answer phone calls or respond to texts - finally got a hold of him 7 days later and there was a vague apology, how can I make it right, I can come to your house today with the part and money back. - DID NOT SHOW OR RECEIVE ANYTHING BACK. - this has been going on for weeks. - after multiple calls and texts, he claims he sent a check in the mail. Never received. Still no part. - would never recommend this guy to any person. Call C&J Appliance if you want quality service, communication, and your appliances fixed!!!!

Highly recommend!! Very knowledgeable and efficient! Needed my furnace looked at, and he explained everything he was doing to me and answered questions in a way that I could understand! I know nothing about furnaces, so this was important to me!! TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Willl came to my house and was very prompt and courteous . After our initial meeting he got right to work and diagnosed the issue very quickly . He explained to me the issue and gave me my options and prices . Once I selected my choice he order the parts right away and my issue was solved to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company and have no hesitation in calling them with any of my hvac issues. I would recommend to any of my neighbors with no reservations.
