Excellent service. On time, good communications, clear explanations of work being done and why. Examples - Eddie replaced hanging lights with canned lights. For 3 installations he had to use multiple cans to replace the fixture and choose good locations for the new cans (I had difficulty with this - he did great). He installed a new 50 amp service for a kitchen stove replacement before we bought the stove, and cheerfully relocated the outlet when we found the new stove had specific requirements. He selected and installed a very good LED security light for the shop entrance replacing an old style burned out fixture. He selected and installed under counter lights in the kitchen - excellent counter light now. Several switches were replaced (dimming, fan speed, 3-way etc) with smart devices we connected to the home internet. I did not think I would use the google voice command to turn devices on and off - but it works well and we are continuing to upgrade switches. We had estimates from 4 companies, and based on my experience, VPC was a great choice. I will use them again.

I texted VOC Electric with my project needs & within minutes received a call from the owner Tim. He took my info & past it to his scheduler who made the arrangements for one of there electrician’s, Bob to visit the following day. They called later that morning to ask if I’d be available that same day for the visit. I wasn’t available until late in the day, but Bob, the tech lived near my location & stopped on his way home off the clock. Bob spent the time & was very thorough in his investigation into my project & challenges. I am very impressed with the service so far & will be utilizing VPC Electric for all my needs going forward. Very fast service. Tim called me immediately to fix the problem zI was having with a ceiling fan. He came to my home the same day and fixed the fan in a very fast and efficient amount of time. He also gave suggestions I can use in the future when light bulbs go out in my fixtures with an incredibly high ceiling. I was very pleased with the work Tim from Vital Power & Communications, INC did for me. He also had the courtesy to remove his shoes before walking on the carpet. We are a 501(c)(3) charity that runs a Vet Center in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. When we were remodeling the Vet Center we used Vital Power and Communications (VPC) for our extensive electrical work and could not be happier the results. We had bids as high as $20,000 for the work, but VPC bid and did the job for a mere fraction of that cost. Even with the lower bid, VPC additionally donated some supplies and labor to our charitable cause, lowering the cost even more. Tim, the owner was very easy to work with, as were the members of his crews. They delivered all we requested on time and on budget. In addition to the electrical work, they installed all the necessary cables for TV and computers. They even assisted us with a lighting grant from the power company for new energy efficient lighting. They made a special effort to clean up after themselves, never leaving a mess. If you need any electrical or communications work done I highly recommend VPC. i spoke with this company and i was to send pictures of the project to them then i never got a call back about if they are going to do the job for me or not i have tried to contact them but i never seem to get ahold of them
